Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for dynamic Recruitment Consultants for Construction, Banking, Finance/Accounts, Sales/Marketing, Advertising/Media and HR/Admin.
Job responsibilities;
· Develop Business and achieve revenue targets.
· Manage Client Accounts and provide global standard of customer service.
· Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process viz. headhunting, screening, interviewing and coordinating with clients and candidates.
Personal attributes;
· Hands on execution skills and market knowledge that surpasses client expectations.
· Leadership ability to drive an industry segment or discipline.
· Intellect, creativity and initiative to innovate and push the boundaries of what define success.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment Industry.
