Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment consultant or Technical/Scientific Sales Professional sought to join a highly reputable and niche company with divisions concentrating on Scientific, laboratory, and IT staffing requirements. On offer is a very competitive commission of up to 35%! and benefits package. As a Consultant working for this very successful independent Birmingham business you will embark on a structured career development plan with extended autonomy and superb earning potential.
The Role:
·Create and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates
·Source new candidates and expand the company database
·Research prospect clients and make sales calls to them to establish their needs
·Take detailed job orders and person specifications from clients
·Act as a candidates first point of contact and maintain high service levels
·Manage workload and time in order to produce optimum results
·Match candidates to clients business needs
·Mailshot clients
The Person:
·Possess at least 9 months recruitment experience
·Team player
·Ability to establish, maintain & develop relationships externally and internally
·Self motivated
·Sales and target driven
The Package:
·£20,000-25,000 basic salary depending on experience
·Competitive commission structure up to 35%
·Bonus Payments
·Sociable working environment with approachable management
