Our client is a national provider of total recruitment solutions to the scientific, engineering and clinical sectors and they have a number of established offices across the UK. They are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant for their established and very successful office in Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity where you would not be joining a completely cold desk as you will most probably be given existing business to manage but business development will be a key part of the role.

The role
You will be required to conduct the full recruitment cycle and as well as conducting sales calls in order to generate new business, you will also manage existing business and develop long term relationships with key clients. They are a well known brand in their sector and therefore your clients and candidates will most probably know the company when you make calls. They are well respected and have a good reputation.

Person Specification
You will have previous recruitment experience of at least 6 months and you will be adept with the full recruitment cycle. You will be a sales focused individual but you will also have the right balance to manage and build relationships with clients and candidates and you will be able to offer a superior level of customer service.
