Recruitment Consultant Office/ Secretarial Services

Glasgow, Scotland

Base salary up to £28k OTE £60k + Outstanding Benefits

 

One of Scotlands leading recruitment consultancies is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with an office/secretarial background to join their friendly, busy and hard working office sector based in Glasgow.

 

Since its inception, our clients business has developed into one of the biggest recruitment consultancies in the market working from key locations throughout Scotland. As such, they have become a recognised brand throughout the recruitment industry and pride themselves on a reputation of respect and integrity.

 

This is a permanent role and will consist of the management and further development of a warm desk, with a client base of leading, reputable and highly sought after organisations. You will be joining a dynamic and experienced team, and with them you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients and maintaining existing ones immediately. As an experienced consultant, you will be ensuring a continued reputation for excellence among both candidates and clients and as such, readily contribute to the growth of the business.

 

This is a full lifecycle role and would be ideal for those currently operating within account management who are looking to move into this challenging and highly lucrative sector of the recruitment industry.

 

Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of six months experience within a recruitment environment in combination with the desire to forge a career within a specialist consultancy which can offer a mature, autonomous working environment along with substantial financial rewards and other health benefits.
