My client is the market leading Secretarial/ Office Support recruiter in London. They currently have two desks available, one on the permanent team, and one on the temps team.
They require a consultant with at least six months' experience. You will be inheriting a hot desk; my client has a tremendous amount of business and are expanding all the time, so it is easy to bill in this role. Indeed, it is possible to bill from day one in this role!
The company is not at all KPI driven, and there is no long hours culture. The training and development offered to consultants is widely recognised as being outstanding and industry leading. The commission and incentives scheme ensures that consultants remain highly motivated, and are well rewarded for their hard work.
