Professional Support Recruitment Consultant

Base salary up to 45 OTE 70-85 + Outstanding Benefits.
One of Dublins largest, and most successful, recruitment consultancies is actively looking for a talented professional support recruitment consultant. Our client has proven themselves to be among the upper echelon of firms, having announced year on year growth since inception as well as having a reputation for a high standard of service among both clients and candidates.
The role will consist of the development of a warm desk and as such has massive scope for an individual to make their mark and build the desk to be as successful as possible. You will be joining a team of other successful career recruiters and as such it is expected that you will be determined, capable and innovative in your approach to recruitment solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years recruitment experience in the professional support arena, be it legal, office or other since this role requires the individual to hit the ground running.
You must be diligent, bright and have a drive to succeed. If you are all these things and more, you will be rewarded with a generous base salary, a lucrative commission scheme and other benefits including car allowance and gym membership.
