Our client is an independent niche recruiter within the technical and construction sector. They have 3 offices and have a turnover of over £16 million. They have been established for several years and have a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates.
The opportunity
They are currently seeking an additional team member in their Southampton office. You will be recruiting within the Facilities Management/Construction sector and placing permanent candidates in to roles. The role will involve the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development to matching candidates accurately to the job descriptions. You will also meet your clients and present the services of the organisation to them. This will be a targeted environment and you will take
responsibility for a budget.
Your background
We are seeking people who have experience of the full recruitment cycle. The ideal scenario is that you have experience from a construction/technical recruitment sector but candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors and an interest in the construction/technical sector will also be considered.
