You will be fully autonomous and in control of your own dedicated patch, and because each of their consultants has their own Client and Candidate databases you will not be competing with your colleagues for leads. They have a dedicated in-house research team constantly identifying new Candidates so their Consultants have more time to spend keeping in touch with their Clients and they are able to provide a much higher quality of service all round. With first class training and a structured career progression scheme, you certainly won't be a Consultant for very long; providing you constantly exceed your targets you will be promoted accordingly.
