Job Description

Established in 1984, the group has rapidly grown to become one of the largest independent agencies with a turnover of £125 million this year and a contractor workforce of 3,500. They currently have around 150 consultants and more than 50 support staff. They currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Building Services team in central London. You will be recruiting building services professionals for clients such as local authorities, consulting engineers and facilities management companies. This role involves taking the whole process from start to finish from business development and taking down the technical job specification to filling the vacancy and arranging starts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months recruitment experience; however graduates with sales experience or customer service experience will be considered. You will have good commercial awareness and an understanding of the urgent nature of the contract market.
