EXPERIENCED TECHNICAL RECRUITERS - YORK, NORTH YORKSHIRE

My client is a leading multi sector organisation with a strong presence throughout the UK.  Since establishing in the late 1980s my client has continually grown and now has teams of experienced technical consultants working throughout their offices. With a superb management structure in place you will be sure to develop your career to your full potential within this organisation.  As a market leader my client has gained a superb reputation within all the market places they are currently working within and are developing new divisions within their branches continually.  If you want to work for a company that values their employees and ensure that you progress by giving you full support and training then this is the company for you.

Your role will be a typical recruitment consultants from winning your own business to making the booking.  You will be a strong sales person but will also have the servicing skills needed to keep your clients once you have won them.  Candidates must have a proven background in either temporary or technical recruitment, although all sectors considered.  Both skills sets are desirable but my client is flexible.  In return for your hard work you will not only be given support and training but will be rewarded with a fantastic commission structure and the opportunity to cross departments if that is where your aspirations lie.

Basic salary up to £30K plus commission/bonus.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

1. Must be able to hit the ground running
2. Technical experience is advantageous
3. Temps experience is advantageous
4. Knowledge of the local area
5. Proven sales background and stable work history
6. Passionate about recruitment
7. Strong work ethic
8. Must have a full driving licence and own car
