Chief Operating Officer / Operations Director

Due to continued expansion our client is actively looking for a COO / Operations Director for their medium sized boutique recruitment agency. It is essential you have :

• Current experience within an operational role in a recruitment agency.
• Experience in managing 100+ staff (Directly or indirectly)
• Comfortable in managing budgets of $100 million plus.
• Knowledge of the IT Market in Australia / ASIA Pacific highly advantageous though not essential. Having worked in any other professional recruitment sector would also be considered.
