Significant OTE
The organisation is a well respected staffing business entrenched in the Asia region. Its service offerings cover bulk recruitment, search and outsourcing with operations based in Greater China and the regions.
Through succession planning a CEO will be groomed over the coming 6months to take responsibility for group strategy, sales and operational management across the various business units. The firm is well respected, established and profitable with headcount of c. 250.
You will come from the Recruitment Industry and have climbed the ladder to senior management. You will be business savvy with a clear understanding of financial management and the creation of infrastructure. Your experience within staffing will be white collar with a leaning towards solutions IE RPO. You will have a demonstrable track record in high level client negotiations and will have built a saleable staffing business in the past. Asia is a complicated market hence experience in the region or in another similar environment is key.
The business will offer relocation, significant benefits and a base / bonus package to attract the best.
