My Client is a well established recruitment business with a great name in the market.

They currently have an urgent requirement for an Associate Director to head up their Temp Banking division. There is currently a team of 12 consultants which includes 3 managers, but there are plans to grow the team to 18-strong in the next 12 months. You will be an experienced Senior Manager who is now looking to make the move into a Director-level role. It is essential you have previous banking or finance recruitment experience. The client has numerous accounts that require someone who is experienced with RPO's to further grow the business.
