Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity here for a proven leader in the Middle-Eastern Construction Recruitment market to lead the development of a dynamic new brand within an already well established Recruitment business.

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Manager or Director, ideally already based in the UAE, who is seeking an exciting new challenge. This role is absolutely pivotal in establishing the brand across Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Dubai. You will ideally have a good balance of both operational and strategic skills, as both will be necessary to succeed in this role.

The brief will be initially to recruit for and open the Abu Dhabi office (covering Oil, Gas and Heavy Engineering), whilst overseeing the existing Dubai Construction operation. The remit will then extend to having operational control over Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Dubai, with further expansion planned.
