My Client have been established in the Financial Recruitment field since 1997 and now have over 20 offices throughout the UK operating in Finance, Public Sector, Practice and HR recruitment. My client are looking to expand their teams due to their continued success both experienced consultants and trainee level.
The company have a very in depth training course which offers ongoing support and development throughout your career to ensure your success.

The role
·The placement of candidates within the Finance and Accountancy markets
·Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment.
·Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
·Attract candidates and maintain the candidate database.
·Offer consultative CV and interview advice to candidates.
·Source suitable candidates (either from search and selection, the database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
·Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
The person
You will be 100% focused on securing a role within the Recruitment sector, be dedicated, determined and hardworking. Recruitment is a very rewarding industry both monetary and as a career but you will have to be prepared to work long hours to fulfil your full potential.
·Previous recruitment experience or a proven track record within a targeted sales / professional sector.
·Graduate or graduate calibre.
·Evidence of academic achievement or ability.
·Sales orientated experience.
·Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles.
·Pro-active attitude
