Graduate/Trainee Banking Recruitment Consultant - London
£22-25k basic + £45-50k OTE
Are you a graduate with previous successful business to business sales experience? Or working in recruitment and would like to progress to a professional market sector? Our client is a successful and respected national recruitment company specialising in financial, banking, legal, IT, HR and Public Sector recruitment from in Central London. You must be a graduate with previous business-to-business telesales, sales or recruitment experience. Media sales experience is of particular interest.
The role of a recruitment consultant is varied and working closely with your team you will be cold calling to develop new business, interviewing candidates, liaising with clients, making sales presentations both by phone and in person and working to targets. Our client is keen to recruit candidates who can demonstrate the drive, tenacity and ambition to succeed in a proactive, sales orientated, team structured and target driven recruitment environment.
