Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants

You should be of graduate calibre and/or working in a sales environment, looking to enhance your career as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will need to be hard working, ambitious, sales focused and driven to succeed.

A career as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, dynamic and always changing. No two days are the same and you will get to meet many different people from different walks of life. A Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant should be able to build strong relationships and be confident over the phone.

- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting interviews with graduate candidates
- Speaking to clients to understand their requirements
- Shortlisting graduates for potential roles
- Sourcing graduate candidates using several online portals
- Updating and maintaining a database of graduate candidates

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements;

- Educated to degree level
- Preferrably some sales experience or achievements in career to date
- Ambitious, Competitive, Motivated & Hungary to earn a six figure salary
