Recruitment Consultant (Trainee & Experienced) up to £28,000 basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION, HIGH OTE + BENEFITS

We have 9 offices, covering the recruitment of permanent and contract roles throughout the UK. These offices are based in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, Enfield, Slough and Bristol.

We specialize within the Engineering, Construction, Technical Sales and Rail sectors, delivering high caliber candidates to our ever increasing portfolio of national clients.

You will be working with your clients and candidates, building relationships that will deliver a continuous flow of vacancies and placements.

If you have never worked in recruitment, we will teach you the skills to achieve your maximum potential within a competitive sales arena. The majority of our managers and directors began their careers within ATA as fresh graduates and first jobbers, so they know exactly what you skills you need to get you up to speed.

For those that already have a sound foundation in recruitment, we will provide additional training and support to take your career onto the next level.

The main requirements from applicants should be a determination to succeed, a fierce ambition to achieve and a willingness to learn about the markets in which you operate. You will also require the communications skills and business acumen to build your own portfolio of clients and generate and maintain a steady flow of quality candidates.
