Basic £16,000-£18,000 OTE £40k+

My client is a FTSE 250 listed member of the Financial Times Top 100 Companies to Work For', and Specialises in Recruitment across an array of sectors including IT, Pharmaceuticals, Oil and Gas, Engineering and Financial Recruitment.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be the recipient of an award-winning training programme, specially tailored to equip you with all of the tools and skills necessary to build a lucrative career in Recruitment. As you progress to a Recruitment Consultant, you will be in full control of your own desk, managing your own client portfolio and the full Recruitment process 360.

In addition to an expected £40,000+ salary in year 1, my client has a variety of incentives and rewards for top earners, including:
