You will need the ability to learn and implement sales skills through the training you are given. You will need to apply yourself 110% in order to maximise the opportunities available to you showing dedication and commitment at all times. Recruitment experience is not necessary but some sales experience would be useful.
Our client offers a generous basic salary and a unique uncapped commission scheme that gives consultants complete control of their earnings. Anticipated OTEs are £40-50,000 in year one, £60-80,000 in year two and £80,000 to £100,000 in year three. Our consultants often exceed these estimates.
