The Company:

Our client is a market leader in the healthcare and social care sector, covering a range of healthcare specific markets both here in the UK and overseas. The company operates from their luxury offices in Central London recruiting healthcare and social care professional in the UK as well as internationally.

Vacancy Details:

Due to the current success our client is looking to grow their australian resourcing team with an International Resourcer for UK nurses into Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced resourcer or a strong trainee. Your role will include resourcing suitable nursing candidates for clients in Australia, assisting with recruitment events, handling and advising on visa and deployment process and assisting candidates in their move.

Requirements:

If you have any area knowledge Australia and/or the application process then this is desirable however not a necessity as all required training will be provided on the job. Likewise any previous experience of resourcing would be an advantage however our client will consider strong trainees with excellent admin and people skills as well as an enthusiasm and passion towards this position.

The most important quality to be successful in this application is having the right attitude and drive towards furthering your career. Remuneration:

Remuneration will be a competitive basic salary of £18k-£20k plus a bonus structure on all placements made. The company has a friendly work hard play hard culture with regular team and company events outside of work.
