Spirit Resourcing is a specialist consultancy within the Property and Housing sectors. Our clients include Housing Associations, Private Developers and the Public Sector. Established in 2003, we are expanding as a result of sustained year-on-year growth.
What you will do
You will be trained to deliver a full range of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment services to our clients and candidates.
What we look for
To have any career where you earn £50,000 and above you will have to work hard. A role in recruitment is no exception.
We expect drive and enthusiasm. Previous sales experience is not essential for this post. However, an understanding that being successful requires a long-term commitment is.
What You Can Expect
A realistic on-target salary for your first year at Spirit is £28K - £32K.
Your endeavours will be rewarded as your profile as a recruitment consultant in your specialist market is continually enhanced. You can expect your income to vastly increase in your second and third year with us.
Your Development
We provide you with industry-specific training on the sectors we recruit to enabling you to develop a portfolio of recruitment skills. This enables our consultants to apply valuable expertise in managing all their assignments because ultimately it is you that will work closely with our clients.
By providing an excellent service to our clients you further enhance your own and our reputation, all of which leads to increasing rewards.
