Candela Media is a fast growing professional services company dedicated to supplying resource solutions to the Broadcast & Media industry. Our services are delivered via three complimentary groups: Recruitment, Consultancy and Technology. We are seeking to strengthen our recruitment team with a resourcer, with the aim of training the individual to becoming a recruitment consultant.
We are based in the heart of the film & TV media industry at our offices in Pinewood Studios, just on the outskirts of West London (Jct 1 M40 / Jct 16 M25). You will be reporting to a newly appointed recruitment manager, who has been targeted with increasing both revenue and team size. Experience in either the technology or media sector is desired but not essential, as is the capability of working to a structured sales process.
You will be part of an expanding Recruitment team, as our target is to have an additional 10 desks operational within the next 2 years. Initially you will assist the recruitment team by assisting with administration and screening of candidate CV's. Your main goal is to assist recruitment consultants in their daily tasks, giving you a solid grounding in principal tasks of the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include:
- Resourcing candidates from ad responses, referrals & existing contacts
- Administration of CV database
- Managing online advertising on multiple job boards
- Conducting candidates pre-screen interviews via telephone
- Creation of candidate shortlists
- Scheduling interviews between candidates / clients
- Referring relevant leads to consultants & managers
