Role:
· To identify suitable candidates, learn the recruitment cycle and progress quickly through to the position of consultant. This is the first rung of the ladder, but offers opportunities to progress within a structured career programme.
Key Responsibilities:
· Locate candidates by matching individuals against a pre qualified specification
· Conduct searches on the database
· Network and build the candidates database
· Update candidate records
· Qualify and commit candidates to define roles
· Obtain and secure references
· Generate business leads from the applicant base
· Develop a solid understanding of technical terminology and environments.
