GRADUATE / TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - IT – Basic + £35k OTE + Bonus My client, a well-established IT recruitment consultancy, is currently looking for a fun and enthusiastic Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding Merseyside business. The company is lively, professional and offers opportunities that are hard to imagine. They will give you responsibility and accountability early in your career and will push you as far as you push them. If you: Have previous sales experience; Are articulate and driven; Have excellent communication skills (as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients) Have the ability to think on your feet and deal with a number of different situations; Are self-motivated and ambitious; Then this is an ideal opportunity to get all the insight and training in recruitment to forge a successful career. You will be give full training and support through the initial months to ensure you have all the necessary skills required. The rewards are very good, both financially and professionally. Lots of scope for progression. Nearly all of the companys Managers started as Consultants within the orgainisation. You'll definitely feel well supported, we are IIP accredited (Investor In People). The role includes: Interviewing, Business Development (lots), Client Visits, Matching Candidates, Account Management. Advertising, Customer Service, Account Administration.
