THE CLIENT
Established in 1988, my client has been successful year after year and now has a turnover near to £111m. They are a market leading European ICT recruitment firm supplying permanent and contract professionals to large blue chip companies.
THE ROLE
Starting as a Graduate Trainee you'll receive first class training that will tailor your natural flair for sales. You will have the opportunity to grow your own business and sell recruitment services to a wide range existing clients.
My client has only ever grown their own managers and directors, all the managers and directors joined as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. My client finds this far more motivating for their staff and it recognises the talent they have within the company. They are a dynamic, growing company and need talented people to join.
THE CANDIDATE
University degree (or equivalent)
You will be motivated, resilient, ambitious, commercially aware, competitive and money hungry.
Sales experience is preferred.
REWARDS
My client offers exceptional rewards to exceptional people. Basics range from £16K to £20K (depending on experience) and there are regular pay reviews.
The commission scheme is as follows: 1st year OTEs are £35k, 2nd year OTEs are £60k, top billers earn £250K+.
