This is a unique opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant who is eager for promotion and success. This role will quickly move to Consultant status and then Manager. You be a motivated person with a determination and ambition to place IT consultants into top-tier Blue chip clients. Recruitment Consultant IT Graduate / Trainee

Basic £18,000, OTE £50,000 with holiday incentives, sports Fridays and weekends away
The Role
· Successful applicants can expect 6 months of solid one-on-one training in negotiating, marketing, advertising and sales.
· With aggressive expansion plans over 2008 you will quickly become a key member within the organisation and should aspire for rapid career progression in line with their expansion.
· You will placing high end IT consultants into various commercial and professional clients supplying them with the developers, JAVA and Oracle consultants on a contract and permanent basis. They are continually looking to win new business and deliver a quality of service, specifically efficiency and accuracy, to them from their fantastic database of candidates and their position to network effectively.

Key Experience Required
· I am looking for Graduates from good universities and have some experience of working in a sales environment and used to working to targets.
· Most importantly, more so than Commercial experience is the right attitude you will be an excellent communicator with the confidence, articulation, potential credibility and gravitas, professionalism and intelligence to be able to negotiate at the highest levels of industry due to the high calibre of clients they recruit for
· Working in a close team you will need to be a team player but still massively driven and competitive
