Excellent opportunity for IT Recruitment Consultant, Salary £18k-£25k, Reading
My client was established in 2005 and has a turnover of nearly 5 million, with beautiful modern offices located near to Reading Train station. Both managers bring 8 years of industry experience and are still billing themselves, helping their current team grow the business. They are very professional, they like intelligent self starters, who will use their 6-12 months sales experience and develop them within a Recruitment Consultant role.

The right candidate should ideally be a graduate with Recruitment experience, or have 6-12 months sales experience. Someone who possesses strong communication skills, is a confident quick learner, who in time, will have the autonomy to run their own desk. Excellent ongoing training is in place with the opportunity to grow within this dynamic fast growing company.

My client has a fantastic commission structures in place paying up to 25%, other realistic incentives also on offer. The opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant within this company is amazing, and the opportunity to earn some great money here should not be missed!
