Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant LONDON £20-25k basic + £40-50k OTE Ref: PGRED If you have some sales experience and a big personality and are looking to get into the recruitment industry, this is a great way to start. Our client focuses on delivering high-quality services across the IT, Engineering and Sales sectors, ensuring that the recruitment process is as smooth and effective as possible and making our client the First choice for Recruitment in London. They offer unrivalled levels of expertise with their management team having over 20 years recruitment experience between them. Their consultants work in strict vertical markets, enabling them to gain the most thorough knowledge of their technical areas and to dedicate 100% of their time to finding you the right candidate or new job opportunity. You will start out working the database - ie calling candidates and clients to update details and generate leads. This, combined with the input from the rest of the team, will teach you the jargon, the client base and the sector, and will integrate you into the team as you generate leads for them. The plan is that this is a 3 month "training and induction" period to ground you in the essentials before becoming a fully fledged consultant. A strong character is needed for this environment! You should also have some telesales or field sales experience, and be looking to get into the recruitment industry.
