Job Description

£18k starting basic (£25+ after promotion to Support Consultant) + Commission + Benefits (1st Year On-Target Earnings: £35k-£40k)

COMPANY & ROLE: Our client a specialist Construction recruitment Consultancy looking for trainee recruitment consultants to work on European assignments. You will be tasked with learning and penetrating an emerging market. Recruitment is growing very quickly in certain corners of Europe and it takes an ambitious individual to take advantage of such opportunities. Specialising in placing mid- to senior-level technical personnel, your progress will be rapid to becoming an expert in a highly lucrative industry. Your first job will be to build those relationships, and this diverse role involves researching, building business relationships, networking and creating a database of relevant names. If you want a sales role with unlimited opportunity, this is hard to beat.-

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: As recruitment is essentially a sales-based role we would ideally like to hear from people who have proven success (6 months or more) in direct business sales. We need to speak with individuals who are hungry for success, want to make a lot of money and who have the level of intelligence necessary to work efficiently with highly-trained technical staff (a 2.1 degree or above of any discipline would be ideal). Our client is looking to expand its dynamic, creative and commercially-respected brand, and needs the right trainee consultants to do this.
