Multi award-winning, professional services recruitment consultancy specialising in the accountancy, finance, consulting and legal sectors is looking for a senior level Recruiter to join their business as Head of Legal.
Due to internal relocation, they are looking to find a successor to lead the team who will go on to join their equity partnership. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5 and have a personal focus on Partner level recruitment within Legal firms. There will be significant opportunity to carve out a lucrative desk from the existing portfolio - the desk currently produces annual fees from 900k - 1.2m.
As Head of Legal, the post-holder would be expected to lead the team with support given by the wider group in day to day management if required. The individual would be given a lot of autonomy in this role.
