This is a great opportunity to join a successful and fun-loving West End Recruitment Team as a researcher / resourcer to the middle and back office banking markets 

£22,000 - £30,000 basic + excellent bonuses  

The business is extremely well funded, friendly, driven and located in prestigious offices on Regent Street. Working closely with an experienced team that includes ex investment banking staff, you will enjoy all of the tools of the trade' for this candidate research / head-hunting role taking exciting job briefs to middle office, back office, credit and risk candidates. 

Person specification: 

• Must have previous candidate researcher / resourcer / headhunting experience for the banking / financial services sector in London.
• Must have excellent communication skills and a polished and credible approach.
• Must be motivated by bonuses and targets and prepared to go the extra mile to provide strong candidate short-lists. 

The Rewards:  

• Basic salary of £22,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
• Excellent bonuses - c£500 per placement + annual escalator bonuses.
