My client is a niche Search and Selection firm in the Banking sector. They currently need to hire a researcher to assist with their ongoing expansion plans.
The successful candidate will be a graduate, and will preferably have some sales experience (this can be on a part time, or summer job, basis). You will be driven by targets and the desire to make money, and will be looking for a start in recruitment. Although you will initially be researching and headhunting, it is expected that you will very quickly be trained as a consultant, and will be ready to make the move into a consultant role within six months.
This is a very exciting role and offers a superb introduction to the world of recruitment. In return for your hard work, you can expect to be very well rewarded. The basic salary is extremely competitive, and commission is uncapped.
