Recruitment Consultant wanted!!!!! Would you like to work in an adult, relaxed, non process driven environment where you could earn up to 20% commission on your total monthly billings??? Their work load is such that they have to turn assignments and vacancies away so they are looking for consultants who want to be involved in Senior Permanent recruitment, where the main role is to research and headhunt candidates and maintain the Service Levels that they are recognised for.

Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruiter/Managing Consultant
£21,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Career Progression + Flexible working hours
OTE - £45k in Year 1

·They offer a brilliant flexible hours working scheme which allows you the chance to finish at 13.00 on a Friday.

The Role -

·The role would be for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the already existing construction and engineering recruitment team in the Leeds City Centre branch.
·You will be developing existing and new business within a niche area of the Construction arena.
·Researching and selecting candidates.
·Networking which will enable you to develop your name in the market with clients and candidates.

Ideal Person

·Ideally working within construction or engineering recruitment or another professional or technical recruitment sector.
·You will be self motivated, target driven and with good, solid recruitment knowledge.
·You will have a professional and personable manner and be confident both face to face and on the phone.
·Experience within head hunting or retained recruitment is not essential as training will be provided
