My client is a market place leader in Engineering Recruitment located in the Reading area, a year ago they set up a Search and Selection wing to their contingency team. This division has really taken off, currently at 4 strong and handling salaries 80-180k in the Engineering sector they are looking for an additional snr Search Consultant to work alongside the Director and assist him in winning and filling the roles, this really would be his second in command and long term could lead to this person heading up the team.
The successful candidate will work 2 days generally in the office in Reading and the other 3 days networking and in meeting in London securing the business. The ideal candidate will have exposure to this type of business and understand the retained search and selection industry.
For someone with experience my client is willing to pay up to 60k with an OTE of easily over 100k, this is a great chance for a senior search consultant currently travelling from Reading to London to secure a good role with out the daily commute. Lap top, Mobile Phone, expense account etc will also be provided.
