One of Dublins leading recruitment consultancies is looking for an experienced resourcer to join its successful and ever expanding team of technical consultants. Having enjoyed year on year growth, our client is in a prime position to further the company brand through both excellent strategy and service.
The role is primarily a non-sales function, with the focus of effort to be purely on candidate generation and development. You will be responsible for supporting the team through your task of mapping out the market, establishing a wide network within areas of interest. This will demand a combination of cold calling as well as maintaining contact with existing candidates. You must have a flair for advert writing, and a natural inclination to find out all there is to know about a candidates needs and wants.
As such, you must be determined, highly organised, capable and educated to at least degree level. A minimum of 3 months experience within the recruitment industry is required as in order for the consultants to fulfil their role, you must be able to seek out the best in the market with speed and accuracy.
