Head Hunter - Trainee My client has to be one of a kind. Graduates who start their headhunting careers here can expect to make £80K in their 2nd year have I caught your attention? Trainee Head Hunter Strategic Marketing and Market Research Clapham Junction, London £20,000 basic, £40,000 OTE plus comprehensive training and one to one mentoring with a Director The Role: * You will be working in a strong sales and customer service environment * Using search methodologies to locate and headhunt candidates for both permanent and contract appointments. * A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a high level of telephone sales activity. * A structured development programme with fast-track progression to working directly with clients within 3 - 6 months. Person Specification: You will be university educated with a degree qualification from a "Red Brick" University with a 2:1 or above (in any discipline).
