Recruitment Consultant : Executive Recruitment
Up to £30k basic (dependent on exp) + bonus + benefits
York
An exciting opportunity to join an up and coming business in the York area. Specialists in senior level recruitment, predominantly retained assignments across the UK.
THE CLIENT:
My client are a corporate, professional recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. An independent with a reputation for working ethically and retaining their client base through working closely and efficiently. There is funding in place to grow the business substantially in the coming months.
THE ROLE:
There is already a database of warm leads and contacts to be worked from, however, this is a new business role. You must be a proactive, credible and corporate individual. The business deals at mid to senior level permanent recruitment and this is the area you will be developing. Candidates are mainly sourced through research and headhunting along with using the existing network of candidates.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Recruitment is essential, however any sector recruitment experience will be considered. Experience of headhunting is an important factor and you will need an understanding of the process. A strong minded approach to recruitment, you must be tenacious, not afraid to pick up the phone, be ambitious and highly motivated.
