My client has offices across Europe and is part of a global recruitment group delivering solutions on a regional and national basis. They are a leading player in IT recruitment, with an instantly recognisable brand image and following year on year success they are now seeking to strengthen their teams by recruiting a Resourcer who will be responsible for the Flanders region.
Based in Brussels you will be working closely with the divisional manager, accompanying him on client meetings, interviewing candidates and providing IT and psychometric testing. You will be tasked with finding suitable applicants to fulfil assignments via headhunting, advertising, database searches and referrals. As part of the process you will assist the manager in arranging interviews and providing feedback to both candidates and clients.
Experience of a similar role is desirable; however applicants with no recruitment experience are welcome provided you are a dynamic, tenacious person that is looking for career progression within a sales and quality driven environment.
Full and ongoing training will be provided by their own in-house training team and you will be mentored closely during your early development, giving you the opportunity to maximise your success and progress within the organisation.
