IT Recruitment Resourcer
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

A top tier SME recruitment consultancy based in Dublin City Centre has a requirement for a resourcer to join their rapidly expanding IT desk. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market for their commitment to their research capability and the results that this generates, and as such they are looking to expand further.

The role will essentially involve providing a support function to the team of IT consultants. You will work closely with them on the roles in order to source and access the best candidates on the market. In order to do this, a combination of both cold and warm calling will be required and so a natural ability to build rapport and trust is essential.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of candidate generation through both headhunting targeted individuals, generating referrals through networking as well as advert writing. Success in this role revolves around volume so a natural flair for sales, and a background of working in a targeted environment is a definite requirement.

To be considered for this role, you must be either be a junior consultant looking for a role that is purely candidate focused or already hold the title of resourcer with a view to fast tracking to a consultant position or managing a team of resourcers.

This is a highly competitive sector and so scope for progression is limitless for those that can demonstrate a track record of delivering both high standards and hitting targets. There is an experienced team of recruiters in place whose market knowledge will ensure you have the tools and information necessary for you to hit the ground running.

You will receive a generous base salary and a lucrative commission scheme related directly to the number of candidates you generate and place.
