My client is a leading player in IT recruitment with an instantly recognisable brand image. Following year on year success they are now seeking to strengthen their teams by recruiting an additional Researcher to work alongside experienced Consultants in either their contract or permanent divisions based in the south of France.
No experience is necessary, although a background in business to business sales or customer service would be beneficial. You will be a confident person with strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, articulate, driven and money motivated, with the personality and determination to break into an exciting industry. You will understand the importance of delivery in the workplace and be able to work in a very stable and committed team.
You will receive full and on-going training and will become part of a team who invest heavily in staff retention and well being in the work place. Headhunting, networking, interviewing and generating new business opportunities are the main requirements within the role, delivering new candidates to a consultant who will then manage the process.
