Badenoch & Clark specialise in high-end professional services recruitment and are currently looking for a Candidate Researcher to join our Private Practice Legal team inLondon. The team consists of a manager and four consultants who specialise in the placement of solicitors into City law firms within all of the various practice areas of law. The solicitors that are placed are generated as candidates via a range of methods including recommendations, advertising and headhunting.
In order to ensure that our candidate pool is as comprehensive as possible, we are looking to hire a Candidate Researcher to take the lead in mapping the market and identifying suitable candidates.
Duties within the role will include: -
* High volume cold calling, proactively approaching top calibre candidates within the private practice legal market,
* Striking up an instant rapport with senior individuals and gathering valuable information,
* Handling objections in a professional manner,
* Carrying out research to identify specialist candidates within the Private Practice market,
* Identifying innovative new methods for candidate generation,
* Liaising with consultants on the team to ensure a steady stream of candidates,
* General team administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be highly confident and very comfortable in generating relationships at all levels. Demonstrating high levels of organisation, teamwork and outstanding communication skills are all imperative to this role.
This is an opportunity to work amongst a fun, sociable and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will need to commit to this role for the minimum of 12 months with future potential to develop into a consultant role further down the line.
