Basic up to £30k, OTE to £45k
One of the leading names in legal executive search recruitment is looking for a bright law graduate / LPC qualified candidate with some sales experience to join it's legal research team. This niche firm specialises in private practice recruitment on a retained basis in London. The firm is twelve strong, and are a highly respected, friendly, professional team that work at the highest level in executive search.
The firm has a history of developing researchers into high achieving executive search consultants, and the progression in this role is excellent. As a successful researcher you can earn considerable bonus, and as a consultant, you will have one of the best commission structures in the business, where you take home 35% of your billings up to £300k, and 50% above that.
Your role consists of;
- Working on retained assignments to supply existing consultants with relevant information
- Mapping sectors, identifying suitable people, approaching / headhunting, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients
- Getting involved with pitches for new business
