My client is an independent niche executive search firm specialising in Oil + Gas. They are currently undergoing an exciting growth phase with new offices opening in Asia and USA and expansion in the UK. As such, they are looking for senior recruiters for their UK office based in the North West. Executive Search consultants or senior recruitment consultants with technical or engineering sector experience are encouraged to apply. EXECUTIVE SEARCH CONSULTANT / OIL & GAS SEARCH CONSULTANT / ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT JOB TITLE: Executive Search Consultant, Oil and Gas AREA: North West BASED: Altrincham BASIC: up to £40k OTE: £80k+ THE ROLE ·You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment/search process, involving both client and candidate attraction ·You will be handling a variety of assignments within the Oil and Gas sector, working with clients and candidates based all over the world ·You will cover a range of functional areas including mechanical engineering, commercial, supply, project management, HR and finance ·With exciting progression and expansion planned, you will also have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and management within the North West office or even set up future International offices.
