A new position has materialised on our highly successful Investment Management team within Banking and Financial Services. The role available is at consultant or trainee consultant level. The key duties will involve the recruitment of permanent Investment Management roles into both large corporate key accounts and smaller financial services organisations. This will involve marketing for new business opportunities, managing client and candidate relationships and taking ownership of the full recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of success within professional services recruitment or a credible background within a commercial sales role. Exposure to financial services and banking is hugely advantageous with a passion for the sector being of paramount importance. The successful candidate will possess natural drive and a desire to succeed; the role is tremendously fast paced and would suit an innovative individual who can thrive under pressure. Interpersonal skills are essential as there is a need to strike up / develop relationships at all levels of seniority.
