Team Manager Construction Recruitment. Truly outstanding position for an experienced manager to manage and develop an existing team in a rapidly growing and well respected Construction Recruitment business. TEAM MANAGER CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT
Salary: Basic salary to £55K, depending on experience
Benefits: Uncapped individual commission, bonus based on team profit, private health, pension, flexi working, flexi benefits package.
Location: City of London
THE ROLE
·You will be managing a team of 5 existing consultants, with a specific brief to grow and develop the team.
·This is a hands on role, and you will be leading from the front. However, the focus of the role will change as your team grows, and will become a non billing role with time.
·You will be using your considerable experience to build on the already impressive performance of the existing team.
·This is a role which is a genuine step up the career ladder for the right person.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·You will have a proven track record of progress within your career to date.
·You will need to have some management experience, either at a branch or a team level.
·Experience of working within the construction market would be a real advantage, as it will allow you to establish yourself quickly. However all backgrounds would be considered.
·You will need to have strong communication and mentoring skills, a professional and dedicated attitude to your work, and the ability to lead by example.
