My client is a well established consultancy based in Leeds City Centre. They are an award winning firm who have gone from strength to strength over the last decade. As part of a group with £150 million turnover their successes are being proven.
My client is now searching for an experienced Team leader who is looking to move into more of a Management role. There is an established engineering team who are already billing but do need the leadership and direction of a Managing Consultant. As a company my client provides a fantastic environment to work in. Hard work and achievements are expected but rewards are offered in the sense of the commission structure as well as further career progression.
This is a role suited to a hard working, down to earth individual who enjoys a quiet social life and is more concerned with billings, achievements and being an integral part of the team and business.
Engineering Recruitment Experience is favourable as Warm Desk available in Engineering. Other disciplines will be starting on a cold desk, although this is a possibility.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven billing record over 2 years.
Experience in 360 recruitment role.

Experience mentoring or leading a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoys working in a team environment and can help a team achieve set targets.
Ability to motivate and guide a team.
