My client is the market leading legal recruiter in the UK. They currently have an opportunity for a Manager, Managing Consultant or Senior Consultant with a strong background in either the legal or finance sectors to set up a desk recruiting finance professionals into law firms.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have a proven track record of developing a desk, and will have managed a team before. They will benefit from a huge pre-existing list of clients, with whom my client enjoys excellent relationships (mostly on a PSL basis).
You will be dealing with very senior candidates on a daily basis, and the roles you will be sourcing candidates for all carry salaries of £70k and above. As such, earnings potential is massive, with £100k in your first year not an unrealistic goal.
