BASED IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE
SALARY UP TO 50K + BONUS + BENEFITS + Equity

The Role
My client is looking to build a HR recruitment team which will 'dove tail' into their existing HR market and recruit all levels of HR professionals into the Yorkshire and the North East markets. Using Business development to maximise long term business relationships with both clients and candidates on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for building a team and developing them into a strong unit within the business.
The Candidate
You must have at least 3 years HR recruitment experience at a senior level and work within the Yorkshire / North East market. You must have exceptional business development skills and be able to build a division from scratch within a competitive market. You must have also managed teams, developed staff and have a successful track record within HR recruitment.
