New Business Team Manager - Recruitment

One of the fastest growing recruitment consultancies in the south west has an immediate need within their management team. Having developed a large client base and established key accounts, the company are keen to continue their growth through a sustained campaign of targeting new clients.

To do so they are keen to add depth to the new business team by increasing the number of new business sales people and recruiting a manager to run this team. The person in question will potentially have experience in recruitment management, but could equally be from a call centre management or team leader. The key characteristic whatever the background will be the ability to manage, motivate, train and develop a structure of KPI's to manage an initial team of 4. It will also be the responsibility of this person to recruit and retain additional team members.
